Tips & Tricks
If you notice salt-like crystals forming on the inside of the epoxy can (as shown in the image), don’t worry! This is a common occurrence and can be easily fixed. Simply follow these steps:
Note: There is no hazard associated with heating the epoxy at this temperature, as it does not evaporate. If you have any concerns, place the can in a cardboard box for additional safety.
— VIDEO —
In this video, I show you how to decrystallize epoxy resin using a simple heating technique. If you’ve noticed salt-like crystals forming inside your epoxy can, don’t worry—they’re completely normal and easy to fix! By heating the epoxy to 40°C and stirring occasionally, you can dissolve the crystals and restore the resin to its original state.
This process is straightforward and can help save perfectly good epoxy from being discarded unnecessarily. Watch the video to learn more!

Special Features of the TDS Tool
Our TDS tool now includes a feature that allows users to add videos to their Technical Data Sheets.
This addition helps in providing a more dynamic and interactive way to convey information.
Users can embed videos directly into the data sheets, making it easier to demonstrate processes, show detailed instructions, or provide visual explanations that complement the written content.
This feature is designed to enhance understanding and improve the user experience by integrating visual learning tools into the documentation.
