It streamlines compliance with regulations such as REACH, ensuring customers
always receive the latest safety information for the chemicals they purchase.

What it does
The API links SDSs from Chemius to corresponding products in your ERP system via permalinks, which are permanent and do not require updates when SDSs change. When a customer purchases a chemical, the ERP retrieves the relevant SDS link from Chemius to include with invoices or other documents. For updated SDSs, the ERP “calls” Chemius daily to identify which products have had SDS changes. This triggers the process of notifying customers who purchased the affected chemicals in the last year, as required by regulations.
