The TDS API is an interface that enables seamless integration between Chemius and other systems, such as ERP, CMS, or PIM, to automate the exchange of content from Technical Data Sheets (TDSs). Chemius TDSs are dynamic digital documents designed for flexible reuse across various platforms.

What it does
The TDS API allows users to retrieve specific TDS sections, categorized by purpose (e.g. description, instructions, etc.), in the desired language. It returns the section layout and formatted content, including rich media such as images, videos, and animations. Additionally, the API provides the TDS style as defined in Chemius, while allowing it to be overridden by the style of the integrating website. This ensures that TDS content can be seamlessly incorporated into the website while maintaining its design consistency. When a TDS is updated in Chemius, the content automatically reflects the changes across all integrated channels, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
