We have new information regarding the 18th ATP.
A corrigendum has been published. You can find it here: Corrigendum to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/692 of 16 February 2022 amending, for the purposes of its adaptation to technical and scientific progress, Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
The corrigendum states that 18th ATP shall apply from 1 December 2023 instead of 23 November 2023.
